How to email a receipt (Non-barrister)

How a clerk/non-barrister can email a receipt in BarBooks for Chambers

Matters tab
  1. Navigate to the Matters tab on the side bar. 
  2. Select the relevant Matter.
  3. Click on the Receipt sub tab.
  4. Select into the relevant Receipt. 
  5. Select “Actions
  6. Select “Email
  7. Enter the body and subject of the email.
  8. Add in the Recipients
  9. Click “Send Email”.
  10. You can also access the relevant Receipt through the Receipts tab on the side bar.

Documents tab
  1. You can also send a Receipt through the Documents sub tab. 
  2. Select the relevant Receipt Document. 
  3. Select “Send Email
  4. Enter the body and subject of the email.
  5. Add in the Recipients
  6. Click “Send Email”.
