How to run a report (Non-barrister)

How a clerk/non-barrister can run a report in BarBooks for Chambers

The guide and video below, will walk you through how to run a Report as well as export various tab to CSV format.
  1. Navigate to the “Reports” tab on the side bar.
  2. Click on “New Report”.
  3. Select Barrister or Chamber.
  4. Select the Type of Report you want to run. 
  5. Select the appropriate barristers and Date range
  6. Select “Create”.
  7. The Report will then appear at the top of the list.
  8. To email or download the Report, Click on ellipses in line with the report on the far right. 
  9. Select the relevant option.
  10. You also have the ability to export various tabs into CSV format. 
  11. Navigate to the Opportunities, Matters, Bookings, Allowances, Expenses, Invoices, Receipts or Contacts tabs. 
  12. Use the Filters and Customisation functions to determine what information will appear in the export. 
  13. Click on the Export button on the top right.
  14. Choose the relevant options.
  15. Click "Confirm".
  16. The exported document will now be downloaded to your computer.
