How to write off a task

If there are some tasks or time entries that you would like to keep but will not bill, you may write it off.

Two ways on how to write off a task:

1. Create an Invoice for the tasks then Write off the invoice.

2. Apply a full discount on the task.

a. Inside the matter, click the Task Description to open.

b. Tick the Discount box

c. Select the type of Discount. If you select by amount or reprice, the value should be Full amount. If you select to percent - Value should be 100

d. Once the total amount of the task is Zero, click the Save button.
