Unable to import transactions in the Bank Rec tab

If you encounter any issues in importing your transactions, you may refer to the troubleshooting steps here.

1. On the Bank reconciliation page, click the Add Bank accounts button

2. Search and click the logo of your banking institution.

3. Enter your login credentials. It should be the same with the credentials you use in your online banking

4. You may now click the Import Transactions button on each accounts.

5. If you encounter any error message, Contact our support team - support@barbooks.co and send the following details:

a. Banking institution (e.g. NAB, CBA, others)

b. Account name (e.g. Income account, Credit card account, others)

c. Screenshot of the error message

 

Note:

If the accounts disappeared after re-adding, it could be that they have been hidden/deactivated. Please click Filters and Select All to view all the accounts.

Should you need to reactivate an account, just hover your mouse to the account and click the Activate button (green check icon) on the right side then click the Import Transactions button

Note:

If you recently change your login credentials in your online banking, please update it as well on your BarBooks account by following the steps 1-4
