If you are using the desktop app and it's not loading properly, you may follow the troubleshooting steps below
Check the version of your Desktop app. Current version is 2.0.1, if you have the current version and still encounter an issue, follow the steps below:
1. Close the BarBooks app and Go to Finder
2. Click Go on the Menu bar and Select Go to Folders
3. Copy and Paste ~/Library/Application Support/
4. It will direct you to a page where you would see the BarBooks folder.
5. Select the BarBooks folder, right click to Move to Trash
6. Open the BarBooks desktop app, and try to log in.
