TEMPLATES AND DOCUMENTS | How to change the default document type of files being opened (Mac)

When a downloaded file (such as an invoice) does not automatically open as Word file, you would need to change the default document type

1. Look for a word file in your folder

2. Right Click on the word file and click Open with then Other...

3. Select the Microsoft Word app then tick the box for Always Open with then click Open
