How to switch BarBooks subscription

You may upgrade to a subscription with Bank Reconciliation, remove access to live Bank Feeds feature, or change your payment plan before your renewal date

If your subscription is active:

1. Log in to your account on our website

2. Go to My Account page, and click View on your active subscription

3. In the Subscription totals  - Product section, click Switch Subscription button

4. You will be directed to the subscription page, where you'll be able to select a new subscription. Click Purchase subscription button

5. Enter the details required on the check out page, review your order, and click Purchase subscription.

If your subscription is currently on hold - Contact our support team at support@barbooks.co

Note:

If it's an Upgrade to Bank Rec- you will only pay the prorated amount that is calculated based on how many days are left until renewal and will be charged the regular amount come the next payment date

If it's a Downgrade - No payment will be made. You will be charged the normal amount on the next payment date.
